Abstract
The Book of Abstracts is a collection of scientific abstracts submitted for oral and poster presentations at the European WRF-Chem Workshop 2026, held in Rijeka (Croatia, from 12 to 14 May 2026). The volume brings together contributions from researchers and model lers working on the development, evaluation, and application of WRF-Chem and related modeling systems. It highlights recent advances in the simulation of atmospheric composition and its interactions with meteorological, terrestrial, and anthropogenic processes across a wide range of spatial and temporal scales. The collected abstracts cover topics including emissions, atmospheric chemistry, aerosol processes, air quality, wildfire and volcanic plume modeling, land–atmosphere interactions, and model development, providing an overview of current research and fostering collaboration within the international WRF-Chem community.
