Abstract
The shape of angular and temporal integral distributions and averaged characteristics of the IMB and Kamioka events have been discussed. The analysis has shown that the IMB and Kamioka angular distributions of the events in the forward hemisphere (717 events) are consistent with each other and with the hypothesis of ne-scattering provided that some justified transformation of IMB angles was performed. The temporal distribution of events can be described by an exponential law exp [2tOt] with tC2.1 s in the range from 0 to A2.7 s.
