Abstract

The Double Chooz experiment at the Chooz nuclear power station is designed to measure the last undetermined neutrino mixing angle Θ13 with a twodetector setup. This allows a significant reduction of the dominating systematic uncertainties compared to the CHOOZ experiment which currently still sets the limiting bound on Θ13.
