Abstract
An update on the search results of the newly observed Higgs-like boson in the H → ZZ∗ → 4l decay channel using 20.7 fb −1 at √s = 8TeV and 4.6 fb−1 at √s = 7TeV of data recorded with ATLAS detector at the LHC is given. A clear excess in data has been observed for mH = 124.3GeV; the event selection, the background estimations with data driven methods and the main results are presented.
