Abstract
This document reports the SPICOSA-FP6 project work package 10 "Alternative Strategies” years 2010-2011 activity and particularly of the Work Task “Intelligent Monitoring”. We report the results of the experience collected dialoguing with the SPICOSA study sites in which, a new methodology, the System Approach Framework (SAF) has been tested, and where an intelligent monitoring database has been developed analyzing the issues and the impacts related to system modelling for Integrated Coastal Zone Management (ICZM).
