Abstract
This work analyses the way in which the most important developments made in the sphere of victims’ rights were received and addressed by Spanish legislation on gender violence, and the most difficult obstacles that survivors of this kind of violence have to overcome to exercise their rights. Cet article porte sur deux volets : 1) l’analyse de la manière dont les changements les plus importants dans le domaine des droits des victimes ont été reçus et abordés par la législation espagnole sur la violence de genre ; 2) l’étude des obstacles majeurs auxquels se heurtent les survivantes de ce type de violence afin d’exercer leurs droits.
