Abstract
Product attracts, the environment receives. Analysis of the tourist offer of two sicilian PGI production areas. - The category of protected agro-food products is the result of a unique combination of environmental and human factors that meet in a given territory with the task of communicating the specifics out of the place of origin. The present contribution is intended to carry out a comparative analysis between two Sicilian PGI products, Uva da tavola di Mazzarrone and Uva da tavola di Canicattì, and their territories. A territorial analysis of tourist offerings is proposed through the methodology of density maps (GIS) and a reconnaissance of the promotion and communication mechanisms through the new media.
