Abstract
We summarise recent work on the production of a single top quark in association with either a W or a charged Higgs boson. Interference issues between Wt production and top pair production are discussed in detail, and previous approaches to this problem are reviewed. We then present an implementation of Wt production in the MC@NLO framework, and use this to argue that Wt is a well-defined production process at the LHC. We then discuss Ht production in MC@NLO, and show example results regarding the properties of b and light jets.
